Placing An Order:
Orders may be placed via fax, email or by phone.
Any changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please keep in mind that our minimum order is $150.00 with a minimum of twelve (12) pieces for total order and a minimum of six (6) pieces per color and style.

Credit Terms:
New accounts must pay with credit card for initial order. After first order, our regular terms are Net 30 with prior credit approval; otherwise COD or credit cards. To establish credit, please call customer service or download one of the following the applications.

Standard Pack:

Printing & Embroidery:
Custom screen printing and embroidery services are available by request. Minimum quantities are required. Please contact us for a quote.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground FOB Dania Beach, FL. Delivery and handling charges will be added to your invoice.
Please provide an email address for package tracking information.
Inaccurate or incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
Blind Ship and Drop Ship available by request.
Returns:
Our work is fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
If packages are damaged or open upon receipt, the delivery company should be notified prior to signing for the package. All order discrepancies (product or shipping) must be reported within ten days of receiving the shipment. Some returns may be subject to restocking fee. Printed goods may not be returned.
